When Jesus came it was to express the love of God, His Father, to those in need. His expressions of love were not limited to encouragement and hope by words alone. He demonstrated this love in both words and actions. The meal ministry is designed to demonstrate Jesus' love in action by providing meals to those in this body that would have difficulty in providing for themselves. This expression of love from Jesus, through Calvary Chapel Meal Ministry, is tangible evidence of our love of Jesus and His Word, which is the spiritual food that sustains us.

It is our heart at CCSE to express the love of Jesus to help those who are in need. One of the ways we do this is through the Meals Ministry.

If you are going through a planned or unplanned health event, birth of a child, or death in the family, and there is no one available to help with meals, call the church at 503-794-8266 and inform the church secretary that you would like assistance with meals. She will ask a few questions that will help us determine how best to meet your needs.
