Webster's Definition of a "Ray"

A line of light that radiates from a bright object.
A beam of energy.
A moral or intellectual light.

CSE's Definition of a "Ray" A Child of Light radiating from Jesus, the Bright Morning Star. A Child of God, beaming with energy!  A rising moral, intellectual and spiritual Light of the world.

Each of our Sunday classes represent a different color "Ray of Light."

 

Class Assignments and Promotions

 A child's age on September 1 of the current school year determines which class he or she is assigned to. Children remain in that class for the entire school year. (Just like in public school.) Promotion Sunday occurs in Mid-June. At this time, children aged 6, 8, and 10 move up to the next level.

Curriculum Classes teach Biblically sound lessons written specifically for each age group.  Currently, our Rays of Light teachers are using Kidzana Sunday School Curriculum .
