Volunteer Spot is a free program that helps us schedule and manage ministry volunteers.  It allows potential volunteers to check out the needs and choose dates that work best for them!

 

Right now, we have a need for volunteers in the 11am Service Wee Lambs Nursery and Purple Ray classroom.

 

Only CCSE Parents** and Children's Ministry approved volunteers may sign-up via Volunteer Spot.

To volunteer in the Wee Lambs or Purple Rays…

1. Click on this link (VolunteerSpot) and it will first ask for your email address (which it uses to send volunteer confirmations and reminders to it.)


2. Then it will open up the CCSE Calendar. Check out the dates with Volunteer Opportunities - these have a Yellow Clipboard icon on them. (Green clipboards mean the volunteer spots are filled for that date.)


3. Click on a date that is convenient for you to volunteer. The program loads a window listing the Volunteer Opportunities available on that date.


4. For the Volunteer Opportunity you prefer, click the Gold Button that says “Sign up Here!”


5. Next, click the “Save & Close” Button at the bottom


6. It will then open a small window asking to confirm your name and phone – PLEASE add this so we know who you are and can call you if needed.


7. Then click OK


8. When the small window closes, press the red CONFIRM button on the calendar page.

 

Once you’ve signed-up, Volunteer Spot will email you a confirmation. A few days prior to your volunteer date, the system will send an automatic email to remind you of your commitment.

If ever you need to change the date you can serve, you can log back in and change it.

** Only parents of children in our ministry and people who have completed a CCSE Children's Ministry application and have submitted to a background check may volunteer in our nursery and classrooms.  Parent's volunteering more than once a quarter will be asked to submit to a background check. (We will contact you.)
